The delivery time on your products is 14 days, why is that?
We don’t stock our products. We make all the items for each and every order.
How long it takes you to make the jacket?
It takes us about 10 days to make and then 3-5 days for shipping. Usually within 2 weeks you will receive your ordered products.
On your site it says that changes can be made in products on demand, what kinds of changes are allowed?
All kind of changes are allowed, you can completely customize an item just as you want it. You can change the size, leather type, color, add or remove pockets, add or remove zippers or buttons, shoulder epaulets and reinforcements etc.
How much more do you charge for customizations?
We don't charge extra for minor customizations. In case you selected an expensive leather hide or your size is too big, then you’ll be charged extra but even then, we try to keep the price as low as possible.
What if my size is different from the size you have?
No problem at all. Send us your body measurements with your order and we'll make your jacket according to your own size, at NO EXTRA COST. You can see the instructions for taking measurements at Measurement Instructions.

Custom Jackets
How much do you charge for custom jackets?
Prices vary from design to design. It’s at least $250 and it increases depending on the kind of leather, size and how complicated design is. For accurate quote, send us the pictures, all the details and your size and we will give you a quote. To get a quote go here.
What kind of jackets can you make?
We can make anything. Just send us the pictures of front & back of jacket or design you want and we'll make you one exactly like that or if you needed any customizations, we can do that too. To send us your designs go here.
Do you make custom jackets only or other leather products too?
Yes, we are not limited to just jackets. We can make all kinds of leather products. Just send us the pictures of what you need and we’ll let you know if we can do it or not. You can send your custom product’s details here.
How long it takes to make a custom jacket?

Can you make a replica of some jacket that I saw in a movie or in music video or on TV?
Yes, we can. Just send us some pictures in which the design is clearly visible and we will make you a jacket exactly like that.

Cancellations, Exchanges & Returns
What if I want to cancel my order?
You have 24 hours after you placed the order to cancel it. Due to our business model we cannot cancel your order once we started working on it. If we receive your order cancellation request within 24 hours, we will issue a refund. Please keep in mind that refund fees will be deducted by bank, it’s not under over control.
What if I want to exchange?
As stated above, we don’t stock our products; all our products are made on order. So, we can’t do exchanges.
Do you do returns?
No. As we make all products on order, we don't accept Returns. Be careful with the info while ordering. In case the product has some fault because of our mistake, we will either replace it or issue a refund.

Shipping
How do you ship?
We ship through Fedex or DHL.
How long it takes to ship?
After the manufacturing period, it usually takes 3-5 days to ship via Fedex or DHL. In case of DHL, in some areas it could be more but not more than a week.
To which countries you support shipping?
By default we support a limited number of countries. We have divided them in zones, which are following:
Zone A:
US, UK, Canada, UAE, Pakistan.
Zone B:
HongKong, Macau, Myanmar, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand
Zone C:
Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cyprus, Egypt, India, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Maldives, Nepal, Oman, Qatar, Sri Lanka, Syria, Turkey, Yemen
Zone D:
Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Switzerland, Vatican City.
If your country is not in the list above, then please contact us and we will let you know if shipping to your country is possible or not.
What are the shipping charges?
Our shipping rates depends on the weight and the zone to which your country belongs too. Shipping charges are following:
$20 for Zone 'A'
$25 for Zone 'B'
$30 for Zone 'C'
$35 for Zone 'D'
Please note that these charges are for per item.

Payments
Which payment methods do you support?
We support all major Credit/Debit Cards. You can also pay through Moneybookers.
I have confirmed the order but it didn't asked me to pay?
After you confirm the order, wait for a few seconds on the page where it shows confirmation message. A small payment window will appear there, you can then enter your details to complete the transaction.
If you have browsed away without paying then just place another order and complete the transaction. Pending order will be deleted from your account.

What is Moneybookers, I have never heard of them?
Moneybookers is our UK based payment processing company. It's a reputable company and you can check and verify its legitability online. We are using their secure gateway to process all the transactions on our site in a safe and sound way, keeping all your information absolutely secure.
